The Six Questions
By learning how God communicates with us, you and I can learn how to choose the right door of opportunity. By asking ourselves these six questions we will learn how God communicates with His children, and how to choose the God-given door that is His Way:
- Is it aligned with the character of God?
- Is there an obstacle or opposition?
- Is it God-sized?
- Is it requiring steps of faith?
- Is it stretching, growing, and strengthening me?
- Is it requiring me to adjust, prune, and re-align my life?

You may be in this hallway by choice: you’ve graduated and now must enter the workforce, or you’ve become pregnant and now must make life-altering decisions. Often however, we are in this hallway by no choice of our own. We are there because of an illness or disease and the doors represent the many decisions we must make, or we’ve reached the milestone millions of parents long to reach every day—the empty nest—and those doors before us are the endless options waiting for our discovery. Whatever life transition you find yourself in, this book will serve as a guide, giving you a tested method of choosing the door meant for you.
